Regular visitors to spamhaus.net may notice that we have changed our company domicile from Mauritius to the Seychelles. In January 2010 the government of Mauritius changed IBC company regulations to require Mauritius-registered companies to file financial and other information, which Spamhaus Logistics Corporation considers sensitive. Rather than compromise confidentiality the board elected to redomicile the company to the Seychelles whose IBC law is better suited to the needs of the company. The redomiciliation was completed on July 14, 2010. |
